Beef � 1 kg
Radhuni Beef Masala � 1 Packet / 12teaspoons
Chopped onions � 1 � Cup
Edible oil- 8 tablespoons (120 ml)
Salt- As required
Steps of Cooking
Cut the meat into medium sized pieces. Wash and sieve water properly. Heat oil in a vessel and fry chopped onions until light brown color. Add Radhuni Beef Masala, � cup (250ml sized cup) water, required quantity salt and fry it on medium flame. When the masala is thoroughly fried and oil comes up, add meat pieces. Saute meat for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Pour sufficient quantity of water. Cover the vessel while water is boiling. Cook till the meat becomes tender. Once thick gravy is formed, remove and serve hot.
The above quantity is suitable to serve 6-7 persons.
