Fish Masala Mix
Ingredients
Fish 1 kg (whole/sliced)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Oil/ghee for fry
National fish masala 1 packet
Method
1. Mix garlic and lemon juice in fish masala.
2. Apply masala for fish and marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Fry in oil/ghee until golden brown and fish dries from inside.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala on fish and serve with National tamarind chutney.
