STEPS OF COOKING
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and Mehran Chicken Handi Masala for 30 minutes.
- Boil tomatoes & onion with 1 cup of water. Sieve tomatoes, remove skin and seeds, keep tomato puree. Grind onion and keep aside.
- Heat oil/ghee and fry marinated chicken for a few minutes
- Add tomato puree, ground onion and cook on medium heat until chicken has cooked, add chopped green chilli.
- Add butter and cream, mix well. Then cook for a minute and remove.
