Bubur cha cha, also spelled as bubur cha-cha, is a Betawi and Malay dessert and breakfast dish in Indonesian cuisine, Malaysian cuisine and Singaporean cuisine prepared using pearled sago, sweet potatoes, yams, bananas, coconut milk, pandan leaves, sugar and salt.
