Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala with Garlic & Ginger 50 g
INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Roasted Anise, Cardamom, Cinnamon,Bay Leaves, Clove, Dried Garlic 4 %, Dried Ginger 4 %. Product of Pakistan.
- Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef)……………………………..750 g
- Basmati Rice (soaked for 30 minutes)…………………….750 g
- Yoghurt (whipped)………………………………………………..1 cup (200 g)
- Onions (medium sized, finely sliced)……………………….4–5 (400 g) finely sliced
- Ginger (grounded)………………………………………………..3 tablespoons / 3 inch piece
- Ghee / Cooking Oil……………………………………………….1 cup (150 g)
- LAZIZA YAKHNI PULAO MASALA………………………….one bag only
EASY STEPS
- Fry onion in hot oil / ghee until Golden. Add meat and stir fry for a while. Put yoghurt, ginger contents of Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala (one bag only) and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 5–6 glasses of water, cover and cook on low or medium flame until meat is tender. (Ensure that when the meat is tender water should remain about 4 glasses, if less then add the desired quantity of water).
- Drain out the water of soaked rice and then put in the boiling meat and stock.
- Cover the lid properly / tightly and cook on medium flame exactly for 20 minutes.
Mix before serving.
Enjoy delicious Yakhni Pulao with salad, raita and shami kebab.
NOTE: For better taste use breast and shoulder with bones of mutton.
