Laziza Delhi Pulao Biryani Masala 50 g (Spice Mix)

INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli, Coriander, Salt Turmeric, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Gerlic 4 5, Black Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Saffron, Artificial Flavour (Fascicularis-Screw Pine), Food Colour E-102 (FD &C Yellow 5), Food Colour E-110 (FD&C Yellow 6).

RECIPE: Delhi Pulao Biryani (Delhi style Rice and Meat)

  • Meat (Mutton, Beef, Chicken)…………………………500–750 g
  • Basmati Rice………………………………………………..500 g–750 g
    (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Yoghurt (beaten)……………………………………………1 cup (200 g)
  • Milk……………………………………………………………..½ cup
  • Cooking Oil/Ghee………………………………………….1 cup (150–200 g)
  • Onion medium sized (finely sliced)…………………..1
  • LAZIZA PULAO BIRYANI MASALA………………..one bag only

EASY STEPS

  1. In about 1–2 glasses of water add meat, laziza Pulao Biryani Masala (one bag only), cover and cook on low flame till meat is tender, (when the meat is tender about 1 cup of curry should remain in the utensil. If less add required water.
  2. Now pour and spread the yoghurt over the cooked meat and curry.
  3. Separately boil soaked rice in 12 glasses of hot water with 2–3 tablespoons of salt till half tender. Drain water thoroughly. Now mix the milk in the rice and spread the rice over the meat and sprinkle food colour.
  4. Fry sliced onion in the ghee/oil till it becomes golden light brown and pour along with the oil over the rice. Cover and cook on low  flame till the rice is fully cooked/tender.
    Mix well before serving.
    Enjoy delicious Delhi style Pulao Biryani with raita and salad.
