Description
Steps of Cooking:
1)To the minced meat add washed dal chana, garlic paste, ginger paste, 2 sliced onions and Mehran Shami Kabab Masala Mix with 5 glasses of water. Cover and cook on low heat for about an hour until meat becomes tender.
2)Increase heat and dry the mixture until 1/2 cup liquid remains in the pot
3)Remove and grind the meat mixture into coarse and smooth paste, add chopped onion, green chili, mint, green coriander and whisked eggs. Knead well and make 25-30 flat kababs
4)Heat 1/2 cup of oil/ghee and shallow fry the kababs on medium heat from both sides until they turn brown.
Cooking Suggestion:
Serve hot Shami Kababs with Nan, Roti, Pulao, Salad and Green chutney. Serve for 6-8 persons.
