STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat Oil and fry onions until they become golden.
- Add Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, meat tomato puree, Mehran Saudi Kabsa Spices and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Add water (3 cups), cover and cookfor 15-290 minutes until chicken becomes tender and set aside.
- Now soaked rice in the same pan and cook for another 5 minutes on high flame then cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat until it is completely cooked. Add chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with roasted almonds, raisins and carrots.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with hot sauce “shattah”.
