Steps in Cooking:
1) Boil tomatoes for 5-6 minutes, peel the tomatoes and sieve it. Keep the tomato puree aside and discard the seeds.
2) Heat the oil/ghee fry chopped onion, chopped garlic, ginger paste and slowly add chicken. Now add Mehran Butter Chicken Masala, fry for further 4-5 minutes and add tomato puree. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
3) Now add milk, mix well then add fresh cream and butter. Cook for a minute, now add lemon juice and remove.
